Situated near Woollahra's street of cafes, this heritage house features large format creama marble stone in the ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom has lovely white tiles and rock looking porcelain tiles, the downstairs Laundry and separate toilet received black hex porcelain tiles and finishing off the outside with large format granite stone. The heritage style fireplace received lovely patterned mosaics to suite the house theme.

Another client that is very dear to us, we have worked and maintained this property for over 10 years. Recent upgrades we have done is remove old timber decking to a huge rear patio that overlooks the clients semi private beach and installed impressive large format volcanic stone. New kitchen spashback along with many other upgrades like a tiled pathway down the side of the house.
